The line is specially designed for the production of aluminized transfer golden card, transfer laser card, and aluminized-film golden card. The process from paper-back coating, drying, cooling, film gluing, wet lamination, drying, delamination, color coating, drying, cooling, rewinding, and carrier film winding, can be accomplished in single operation on the line.
The line adopts three-roll gluing mode and uses our newly-developed coating head. With unique design, the coating head is conveniently adjustable in three dimensions, and equipped with damping plates, to achieve stable operation and high precision. Automatic tapered control of winding tension is applied to effectively avoid scratching and damaging on the surface of products. Automatic gap following and automatic contact pressure control of press roll are applied to ensure large-diameter winding quality.
The drying system is designed with hot-air circulation combined-type drying tunnel, as per drying principles, to achieve complete drying, high efficiency, and low energy consumption. The heating mode adopts PID temperature control system, for energy saving and high control precision. Imported aluminum guide rolls are applied as idle guide rolls, and dynamic-balance-treated mirror-surface steel guide rolls are applied as driving guide rolls, to effectively avoid scratching and damaging on the surface of products.
The unwinding and rewinding systems and drive system use vector motors and imported digital controllers, cooperated with automatic tension control system, to achieve automatic dynamic control of tension and speed of the line. PLC system and color touch-screen HMI are applied to accomplish the line operation and control. Software system provides many functions such as on-line inspection, display and storage, on-line help, and production record, which is characterized by advanced control and easy operation. The line is especially equipped with mounted-type safety system, to ensure production safety
The machine uses PP or PE as raw material, through the flow-casting coating and lamination technology, achieving single-sided / double-sided coating or paper-plastic lamination with substrates (plastic woven fabric), to produce coated or laminated products. The machine is equipped with advanced electrical and mechanical devices throughout the whole production flow from substrate unwinding, lamination to winding, to achieve single control and group control. The dual-station unwinder uses EPC for automatic guiding control of substrates, and brakes for surface tension control of substrates, achieving pneumatic splicing and non-stop roll changing. The laminator is equipped with a preheating roll for preheating and drying of substrates. Laminating roll, silicon rubber roll and press roll are of dual-interlayer forced water cooling structure, with good cooling effect. The dual-station winder adopts constant-tension surface friction winding, pneumatic transverse cutting, roll changing without shutdown, and equipped with an adjustable edge-trimming device, an edge-strip blowing device, and a length counting device.
Features:
1. The extruder adopts a two-layer construction, with long useful life and good stability. The computer-simulation designed runner is characterized by large extrusion capacity, good plasticization effect, and low energy consumption. The die is convenient for adjustment, with uniform film flowing. The width at both sides of the die is manually adjusted.
2. The laminator adopts a new three-roll construction, which is characterized by uniform pressing, easy to operate, safety and reliability.
3. The winder adopts swing-roll automatic tension control and press-arm horizontally pushing, to achieve straight winding and smooth surface. (An automatic roll unloading device is optional.)
4. Equipped with a turn bar system, to accomplish double-sided coating for tubular fabrics in one process.
5. About coating and lamination with substrates for jumbo sacks, a leveling and braking device shall be equipped, to guarantee the fabric surface shall be level before coating, so as to improve the products’ quality.
6. The machine can be equipped with HMI and PLC, to achieve automation functions such as program linkage adjustment, failure interlock, etc.
7. The lamination speed can be up to 200m/min, as per the customers' requirements.
