CCL Fiber Fabric Impregnation Dryer Line
Usage: 7628, 2116,1080 electrical fibre glass cloth is impregnated to produce the FR-4,CEM-1, CEM-3 prepreg for CCL(copper-clad laminate) of PCB industry.
The electrial fiber glass cloth usually can use horizontal one-step impregnation dryer line.
The impregnation dryer line is made up of unwinder, cloth splicing machine, cloth storage machine, front puller, impregantion machine, dryer, cooling room, web aligner, back puller, edge trimming, single-position coiler, cloth cutter. Converyor, hydraulic lift table.

8 The cutter is available with the coding technology of preciseness and accurateness and being capable of setting the cutting length at will.
9 The temperature of the drying chamber comes with PID high-precise control and the exact-accurate temperature control. Temperature control precision≤ ± 1° C
