AC High Voltage Disconnect Switches are mainly applied in AC10-40.5KV 50HZ power supply sistem as devices to switch the unloaded high voltage lines with charge and isolate the electical devices such as high voltage bus and breaker etc to repair. These switches are widely used in industries like electric power, railway, mining and oil field.

Product feature

²      Equipped with self-lock single phase made of copper the switches provides the function that with the structure the main contact knife will not be released from the safety device under the electrodynamical force when short circuit happens. This structure ensures the high reliability and safety of operation.

²      Composed of the double –layered, cold-drawn and round edged copper knife blade which is processed with silver-plating technology for preventing from oxidation the main contact knife presents the addvantages such as high conductivity and low contact resistance.

²      Composed of integral cast copper elements which sufaces are silver-plated the moving and stationary contacts provide robust structure, reliable touch between the main contact knife and tongue-shaped contact, large electrical contact area and good conduction.

²      The outdoor insulating post made of epoxy resin presents the performances such as strong adaptability and high degree of high voltage withstand.

²      The product is characterized by novel integral structure, solid combination, flexible manipulation and easy installation.
