Product Description
Dachuan Machinery designed the centrifuge which is especially for the separation of solid and liquid phase based on the characteristics of drilling fluid and large amount of location test. The centrifuge can decrease the quantity of solid particles in drilling fluid, control the density and viscosity to guarantee the performance of drilling mud and it is good for the quick well drilling.
1. The material feeding, centrifugal sediment and material unloading can be finished when the centrifuge is running. The automation degree is high.
2. Optimized the technical parameters of the sediment area and feeding methods, the degritting efficiency has been high enhanced, the performance can compare favourably with the imported centrifuge with the same specification.
3. The working accuracy and dynamic balancing precision of the rotating part has been enhanced to make the centrifuge has the advantage of low vibration and little noisey.
4. The production capacity of the single machine is large, the structure is impact. The centrifuge takes a little area and can keep longterm ruanning. The mantenance is easy and convenient and it is possible to operate closed.
5. Simplified the whole mud system, the energy consumption is low, the work load is light, but the cleaning efficiency has increased 30%.
6. Use the frequency conversion governor, compared with the kindred products, our centrifuge has the adcantage of low energy consumption and the adjustable work speed.
