As an industrial water chiller, this water-cooled screw chiller has the following features:
1. Our compressor is imported from Italy, France and so on, being of high-quality built-in safe protection, with low noise, the electricity of province is durable.
2. Cooling capacity range: 113.8kw~838kw
3. Normal conditions: Chilled water inlet temperature is 12 degree, outlet temperature is 7 degrees. Cooling water inlet temperature is 30 degrees, outlet temperature is 35 degrees. But the lowest temperature can be -25 degress.
4. Stardard Input power: 3P-380V-50Hz, Allowable fluctuate voltage: ± 10%, allowable voltage difference in phase: ± 2%, Can also be customized according to customers'request
5. The quantity of compressor can be one or two, each compressor is independent refrigeration system. Each other run independently. When the one is working, the other can be working or not.
6. Use PLC microcomputer control from Germany Siemens LCD touch screen, both English and Chinese human-machine interface.
7. Wide range of variable chilled water temperature to meet the industrial requirements throughout whole year.
8. Our standard refrigerant is R22, but you can choose to use environmental refrigerant such as R407C, R134A or R507.

Water tank evaporator
Water tank evaporator is made with thick stainless steel having automatic water compensation function, with out requiring of installation of expansion water tank makes maintenance more convenient and is fit for high flow rate and small temperature difference and other special applications.

Water cooling type condenser
Using the newest CAD/CAM designing and processing techniques, with newest high efficiency external spiral steel tubes from Kobe, Japan which have the features of high capacity of heat dissipating, compactness, the water cooling condenser is manufactured by CNC processing center, having the features of compact conformation, high reliability, beautiful appearance, high efficiency and low energy consumption.

Fan cooling type condenser
Fan cooling type condenser is punched by high speed punching machine, cooling fan's quality is reliable, two times of edge flanging making the steel tube and the fan touch more tightly each other result in high efficiency of heat exchange completely adopting imported steel tubes and full automatic bent tube welding technique greatly enhances oxygen leak-proof and completely avoids the leaking of cooling mediums, so, this type of condenser is more fit for the district where lack water or where water hardness is high.

Unit composition
The unit incorporating accurate electric temperature control which can accurately control the temperature between 5-25dgrees, built-in compressor overburden protector, circulating water pump overburden brake, system abnormal high and low pressure protector, circulating water pump filter and expanding valve, repairing hard valve interface and other settings is insured to be safely and reliable operated and conveniently maintained.
