Application
LOR series purifier designed for lubricating oil is made according to nature of high impurity of lubricating oil including hydraulic oil and mechanical oil, which has features of short time for treatment and high efficiency, enabling fast removal of oils water, gas, impurity and volatiles such as alcohol, gasoline and ammonia gas. Hence the quality of oil is improved, viscosity of lubricating oil, flash point and other performances are recovered which ensures a correct running of hydraulic system, power system and lubricating system.
Technical features:
1. LOR purifier could effectively remove the iron flake,dust,impurities,water and organic and substance contained in waste oil, as well as organic and inorganic acid,enabling the recovery of performance of lubricant oil.
2. LOR series has a stronge demulsifying capability,which could separate the large amount of water from oil.
3. LOR series have a strong impurity removing capability due to special filtration materials applications which increase filtration area and accuracy.its large area and intensive precision filtration materials can remove the tiny particles in the while the backwash function automatically cleans the large amount of dirt in the filter,serving as acleaning device to the system thus the seriously contaminated oil can be brought back to a specification under control .
