The characteristics of the LED cold storage lamp:

    The traditional cold storage lamp is low energy efficiency, such as metal halide lamp, high pressure mercury lamp, filament lamp, fluorescent lamp, energy saving lamp and etc, compared with the LED lamp which are high power ,low intensity of illumination, low working lifetime, air leak and hydrops. Because of the high power, the working temperature of the lamp wick needs more than 800 degrees to output the high luminous flux. In the low and damp environment, the temperature of the lamp wick can not satisfy this condition, so the lamps are slow start, low brightness, low lifetime and the lamps will burst if we start frequently.     

The energy saving lamp and the fluorescent lamp can be lighting, but the tube must reach the base temperature to excite the fluorescent powder. Below 10 to 30 degrees the both energy-saving lamps and the fluorescent lamps are very difficult to start, more difficult for the normal operation.

The cold storage will produce much moisture when it is xerantic, the moisture leads to large temperature difference between inside and outside of the incandescent lamp, so the incandescent lamp and the energy-saving lamp is often broken. It means the common lamps can not us e in the cold storage. LED is one kind of semiconductor luminescent material and self-luminous cold light source, the temperature is lower and it is better for the LED shine. The lower temperature also can reduce the light degradation and the spoilage rate, effective increase the working life .In addition, the LED is also belong to the switching device, so it is not any effect if you start and close frequently. LED lamps are the best choice for the cold storage.

The LED cold storage lamp can be widely used in the oil products low temperature storage; the logistics store cold storage, the chemical industry cold storage, medicine cold storage, the food industry cold storage, war industry and military cold storage. The temperature is -40 degree to +60 degree storage.
