The most special of blind internal insulated glass is the blind which could turning and rise up and control the sunlight according people' s mind. More than this, it is a double glazing unit which is good at energy saving and sound insulated.
IG unit sealed up some air between 2pcs glasses. For example, one pc IG with 10mm space, the heat lost through air: 60%
by radiant heat transfer, 38% by and 2% by convective heat transfer. So how to reduce the heat lost by radiant and conduction mean people could save more energy.

More details of B-IGU:  
  ■ Soundproof---Could reduce noise 32dB at least.
■ Shade function---Turning blind control lighting accord people's mind.
■ Environmental---Won't produce any pollution in use, don't need to clean blind forever.
■ Energy saving---K-Value of B-IGU (K=2.0w/m2.k) is the lowest than signal glass (K=6.0w/m2.k) and insulated glass     (K=2.8w/m2.k).
■ Safety---B-IGU won't burn like normal curtain. And it is strength enough use in high-rise buildings or in buildings beside      seaside where wind is stronger.
■ More cleaning---Blind is sealed in glass will not dirty and it could control brightness in room. More useful and save energy      than other products.
■ Fire insulated---As we know, curtain will produce toxic fume after burning make people in danger. But our blind is protected
     in glass won't catch fire.
  Reduce conduction and convective heat transfer :  

  Conduction and convective heat transfer base on heat conductivity of air between glasses. There are 2 principal methods to reduce the conductivity: A. Add thickness of air. Conduction conductivity α=λ/δ(λ= conductivity of air, δ=thickness of air), so you can see that add the thickness of air could reduce conduction conductivity. Experience shows while thickness under 10mm, heat lost through conduction transfer more. So add the thickness to 12mm is the best way. Moreover, manufactory adds space sometimes means multi insulated glass or instead normal glass with ply glass. B. Change the air. Filling low conductivity gas such as Krypton or Argon to reduce heat transfer between glazing layers. But this method is too expensive.

   All technical above could save energy effective, but it limited by weather, area environm.
