SF-AHR60 is precisely designed and manufactured, using internationally famous brands electrical components, in the operational performance and stamping quality and have shown the appearance in the perfection of this machine. Equipped with automatic high-capacity feeders can not only save human resources, but also shows the high-speed operation of this machine.
SF-AHR60 is equipped with no parts no stamping, no material with hopper alarm system, low air-pressure alarm, lack of hot-stamping foil alarm in order to ensure the continuity and stability of machine operation. In place with automatic feed detection, you can reduce the course of transmission of the work-piece"s surface such as wear or scratches.
SF-AHR60 is also equipped with mechanical transmission and PLC control, speed up 3600pcs/hour; at the same time, universal fixtures have been adopted, just replacing the little parts and an appropriate adjustment can be achieved by changing product models fastly(only 30 minutes to change the Convention).
To satisfy different requirements, appropriate feeding system can be equipped:
Automatic upgrade material feeding/rotating turntable automatic feeding; Wobble material systems,etc.
