The corrosion resistance of zirconium is better than titanium, but is close to niobium and tantalum. Especially, zirconium is corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. Zirconium is soluble in hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia. When at the high temperature, zirconium can strongly absorb nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and other gases.

According to product process, zirconium mesh can divide into zirconium woven wire mesh, Zirconium expanded metal mesh, and Zirconium perforated mesh.

Application: zirconium mesh is mainly used for filtration in the condition of strong acid and alkali environment and electrode in the chemical industry, electroplating industry.

 

1. Zirconium Woven Wire Mesh

Material: zirconium wire

Woven pattern: the wires of the weft and the warp intercross woven

Mash opening hole: square, rectangular

2. Zirconium Expanded Metal Mesh

Material: zirconium panel

Production process: stamped and stretched

Mesh hole pattern: diamond, triangle, similar hexagonal

Specification of zirconium expanded metal mesh:

Mesh opening: 1X2mm，1.5X3mm，2X3mm，2X4mm，3X6mm，4X8mm，5X10mm，6X12mm、8X16mm, and so on.
