S2508 support port based VLAN and 802.1Q VLAN, can limit the broadcast domain, improve the information security and bandwidth utilization, and enhance the capacity of multi-service applications. At the same time, the product also support many to one setting, can help you divide VLAN that multi-port to a destination port faster and easier.
QoS Control Strategy:
By configuring all kinds of class of service (CoS) parameters, such as port, L2 priority (802.1p), to make the special users or applications access to a higher priority; support weighted round robin priority (WRR) queue scheduling algorithm, it can guarantee both the high-priority real-time data stream to be priority, but also can make other low-priority applications get some service hours.
