• Injector Coil is Tested
• physically examined for damages
• Injector exterior is chemically cleaned and hand washed before testing
• The dynamic Ultrasonic cleaning process including submersive pulsation breaks up deposits  
• a leak test is performed
• Spray pattern and flow are tested and checked using state of the art ASNU flow testing equiptment  
• filter baskets are emptied and cleaned
• if the injector body is constructed from a  metal core casing, which often corrodes, then it is machined to remove any grime and rust and re-coated heat resistant gloss black to stop any further decay. however if the injector is of a later design and manufactured with a plastic core body casing, it is cleaned to remove any dirt deposits, and lubricated (however, please note that the absorbant properties of the plastics do allow some staining, which can not be removed. so please inspect the photo to ensure you are happy with the condition of the specific injector set you are purchasing) 
• o rings, washers, and pintle caps are checked, cleaned, re-fitted and replaced if damaged.
• Injectors are zip-sealed in air tight bags, and bodies lubricated for storage
•  packaged for immediate dispatch
