Application
It applicable to wound rotor asynchronous motor reactive power local

compensation. It can decrease the stator current and winding

temperature rising, improving power factor and efficiency, to reduce

the loss of the motor and power system

Working Principle
Using hand in hand converter technique will be changed power frequency

voltage to the motor rotor current phase lag 90º by the same frequency

compensating voltage additional in the rotor loop. As compensating

voltage gradually increases, motor stator current decreasing, stator

side of reactive power step down to close to zero, power factor rising

gradually to close to 1

Performance and Features
1.Motor power factor increased to 0.95, and reactive power reduce over

60%
2.Bring down motor stator current 15～20％, can save 20～30％ of line

and cropper loss
3.Decrease temperature rising about 10%, delay the insulating barrier

aging, to lengthen the working life of motor
4.It is equipped with overcurrent, overload, high temperature

protection function, performance is stable and reliable
5.Automatic detection system failure and give an alarm
6.High efficiency, consumption is small, no attrition, not afraid dust,

installation, deb ing and maintenance is convenient.
7.Compensation effect is better than that of capacitor compensation

devices, and the integrative performance is superior to auto-excitation

type rotating advancers

Ambient Condition
1.Ambient temperature: 0～+40℃
2.Relative humidity: less than 90%
3.Altitude: no more than 2000m
4.Installation site: vertical inclination shall be no more than 5º.

There is no risk of fire hazard and explosion, non conductive dust,

corrosive gas and strong vibration.
