HF Series of Non-circulation Static-type Advancers
Application
It applicable to wound rotor asynchronous motor reactive power local
compensation. It can decrease the stator current and winding
temperature rising, improving power factor and efficiency, to reduce
the loss of the motor and power system
Working Principle
Using hand in hand converter technique will be changed power frequency
voltage to the motor rotor current phase lag 90º by the same frequency
compensating voltage additional in the rotor loop. As compensating
voltage gradually increases, motor stator current decreasing, stator
side of reactive power step down to close to zero, power factor rising
gradually to close to 1
Performance and Features
1.Motor power factor increased to 0.95, and reactive power reduce over
60%
2.Bring down motor stator current 15~20%, can save 20~30% of line
and cropper loss
