2）To ensure the best stability and balance of each piece of Tiumsun           tire,we introduced and use the mechanical arms to put the green tire into the molds before vulcanization, which are never used in motorcycle tire company. Each mechanical arm cost us 100 thousand Yuan.

3）To avoid over vulcanizing and under vulcanizing, We make each vulcanizing machine separately computed-controlled by computer.

4） we introduced the most advanced Static and dynamic balance detector from Japan to make each piece of Tiumsun tire in the market has the best balance and stability performance.

5）Each new size and pattern will go through tough testings before mass production: Last year, we mount 2 pcs of tires on a motorcycle used to carry canned water in different road situation and weather condition, after over half an year and 19000 KM of driving, the pattern depth is over 3mm, which means Tiumsun tire can ensure 25000 KM life span.

6）              The standards of tire running testings are all several times stricter than national standards.

7）     The life span of Tiumsun e-bike tire we ensured is 15000 KM， which is much  higher than the 7000 to 8000 KM ensured by other companies.
