Summary
Type WCS-1 High-early-stregth Additive for white cement, also named Rapid-setting Accelerator, Rapid-setting Early-strength Admixture or Rapid-setting Additive for white portland cement, is a kind of professional admixture for White Portland Cement. Type WCS can cause white cement products,mortar or concrete rapid setting, fast hardening, high early strength. So it can make white cement products get short setting time and rapid demoulding.

Characteristics
Appearance: white or off-white color powder
Rapid-setting: effectively reducing setting time of initial setting and final setting; more added quantity more high temperature of mixed water and working room, more short setting time and more fast hardening.
High-strength and Early-strength: effectively increasing early and final strength of white cement products, more mixed quantity of WCS and more high strength
Fast-hardening Demoulding: to adjust mixed quantity of type WCS to suitable ratio and improving mixing water temperature, it can get the effect of fast demoulding within about 30 minutes to 1 hour, or in more short time.
Good coherence and crack proof
It does not belong to flammable solids, corrosives, toxic substance, dangerous goods.

Application
Type WCS Rapid-setting Accelerator is suitable for making the following products made of white cement:

Landscape artsRecommended Added Quantity: 1.0 to 10.0% of cement weight. The factual added quantity must be confirmed as per performance request of mortar or concrete, and different ratio and change of mixing materials, and different production and construction condition; the test result in labs will be as the final added data.
When batch of cement and type WCS are changed, for the new and exact added quantity, the trial in Labs must be done again.
W/C Ratio recommended: 0.25 to 0.30
Temperature of working room and mixing water: normal temperature, recommended not less than 25℃, the best above 30℃; if the temperature of working room not less than 25℃ can not be kept, it is the best to improve the temperature of mixing water to above 40℃ or more. But the highest temperature of mixing water is not more than 60℃.
Mixing Process:
first to mix type WCS in dry together with white cement and sand to even, then to add mixing water and continue to mix to even, recommended mixing time in dry and wet not less than 3 minutes.
After demoulding, the products should be cured in wet.
Blocked or wetted cement can not be allowed to use again.
Transport
Classification for conveyance - not required. During the transportation of a large of amount of batteries by ship, trailer or railway, do not leave them in the places of high temperatures and do not allow to exposed to moisture. During the transportation do not allow the packages to be fallen down or damaged.
Storage
to be stored with intact sack in dry. If the sack open, it should be use soon to avoid to be damaged.

Plastic woven bag with sole PP bag, 25kg/bag, and /or big bag.
