Ⅰ  Introduction

This machine is used for producing pre-stressed concrete pole. This equipment is driven by automatic control variable motor. It has advantages of operation smoothly, big range of adjusting, and high-quality final products.

The base of the machine is welded in box-type structure, and driving shaft is stable and durable. Random current control system is complete and easy to operate.

Ⅱ  Work Principle

DL series pole spinning machine is according to the standard ZBQ92004-88CIRCLE REINFORCED CONCRETE ELECTRIC POLE CENTRIFOGAL SHAPING MAC HINE, The machine can be divided into two series. DL1(one pole spinning) and DL2(two poles spinning). This machine can work together with pole steel mould which is comply with JC364 standard to produce pre-stressed circle concrete poles and circle steel reinforcement electric poles which are in accordance with GB 4623and GB 396. This spinning machine adopts unique designing, using 7614 tapered bearings, so the performance is realiable.

1)      Adding the slurry into the mould, it is driven quickly and rotated in the same speed of the machine. Each component is separated and released under the centrifugal force. Usually the higher the slurry rotate, the better the slurry separate.

2)      Centrifugal sedimentation is the use of different density of each component in the slurry, which is rotated under the centrifugal force. To realize the liquid - solid (or liquid - liquid) separation.

3)      The speed of separation is slow when the viscosity of slurry is high.

4)      It is good for centrifugal sedimentation if the slurry density is different in each component.
