We've all heard it before - drink more water. For good reason too; water is literally your body's life force. Not all water is the same They may all look, smell and taste the same but water can be more varied than soda! The University of London recently found  our natural mineral water to be naturally rich in orthosilicic acid (OSA), a trace mineral associated with numerous health benefits.

OSA is the acronym for Orthosilicic Acid Si(OH)4 which is the active, and bioavailable form of silicon.

Plants take up OSA from the soil, which is transported through the plant in this form, and is then mostly deposited in cell lumina and walls as solid amorphous silica deposits known as phytoliths.
