TPU film has been widely used for Packaging materials, daily necessities fields because of it's excellent performance . But due to TPU resin is very sticky, demolding difficulties always happened during processing and the film easily bonding together after winding , not convenient for customer to use . 

After long time R&D, we launched our new product LYPA-106 which is specially developed for TPU film. With LYPA-106,  not only adhesion problem solved effectively , but good surface smoothness and dry touch feel can be expected too . Meanwhile, this product is nontoxic, completely in line with ROHS directions .

Usage 

Mix LYPA-106 and TPU resin at a proper proportion , blow molding or extrusion molding after drying . ( Best dosage should be determined by experiment ) 

Transport and Storage 

Non- dangerous goods , Plastic-paper bag , 25kg /bag . Moisture and excessive exposure should be avoid during transportation . 12 months shelf life for full package .
