                                   AlNiCo magnet
Alnico magnet is an alloy magnet made from aluminum (Al), nickel(Ni), cobalt(Co), copper(Cu), iron (Fe) and other metal elements. According to the different processing technology, Alnico magnet was classified into two types: cast AlNiCo and sintered Alnico. Cost Alnico magnet has high magnetic flux density and it can be processed into different size and shape. Sintered Alnico of simple process can be pressed directly into the size.

Sintering: Raw Material-àMixture---> Powder Production---> Suppress--- > Sintering--- > Heat Treatment--- > Performance Testing--- > Mechanical Processing--- > Inspecting-- > Packing and Shipping.

Application:
Alnico can be made into intricate and complex shapes, which is not possible with other magnetic materials. It is widely used in all kinds of sensors and meters, electronics, instruments, medical instruments, teaching and other applications.
