Procedures:
1. Buyer issues complete IPCO / LOI signed
2. Seller issues the FCO or draft contract
3. Buyer signs, seals and return the FCO (within two commercial days).
4. Seller issues draft of contract.
5. Buyer signs the draft contract and sends it back to the Seller (within two commercial days). The electronic copy will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged.
6. Seller signs the final contract and returns it to buyer (within two commercial days).
7. After the draft contract is signed by the parties, the seller sends an invoice to the buyer and buyer make advailable 30-50% as agreed by booth parties.
8. Upon confirmation of delivery and order in accordance with the contractual terms, the buyer akes available the outstanding balance payment.
