Product Description
The JYM50 pumps, which we used to made for the Puguang gas field (China Petrochemical Corp. ) are the biggest hydraulic pressure diaphragm metering pumps in the whole world.
Main Sepcifications
-The capacity of single head up to 30000 LPH -The pressure up to 300 bar
-The maximun viscosity is 2000 cp.
-The flow can be adjusted from 0~100% while is running or stopped
-Motor: Standard 380V/50Hz
Features
-Hydraulic actuated diaphragm metering pump, no leakage
-Inner changeable release safety valve and limited auto
-compensation valve -Material of diphragm: PTFE. Metal is available
-Control
** Manual adjustment of stroke length
** Stroke actuator (DCK stroke controller)
-Diaphragm rupture detection system is available
-Double or triple heads is available
