Product Description
TCPA3020A resin is a ceramic filled polyphthalamide(PPA), designed to provide high thermal conductivity. This material exhibits high heat resistance and high strength over a broad temperature range, low moisture absorption, and excellent electrical properties. Its rapid crystallization rate and high flow can offer short cycles and therefore high molding productivity.
Grey colored thermal conductive material filled with ALN compound , with through plane thermal conductivity above 2.0 W/(m·k),conforming to Hot Disk TPS method.
