The new scraped surface heat exchanger  also called votator in Europe is not the traditional one, which has been greatly improved in terms of heat transferring structure and oscillating system. The  new metal material is used in scrapers and heat transferring section for durable working and high efficiency. The new oscillating system makes the continuous working with the band drying system by cancelling transferring belt. And gelled gelain is clear and clean with hollow inside. The special designed structure greatly prevent the gelling from being polluted by bacteria.  The largest extruding system with capacity of 3000T/year in China was manufacutured by Keda Machinery, and has been working well all the time.
