REEY Series Crack Sealing Tape
Product Description
REEY series crack sealing tape is a kind of new water-proof material in allusion to the cracks of base layer and surface layer. It is mainly used for the base layer construction and the surface layer maintenance of various road surfaces. It is made up from macromolecule polymer, tackifier, plasticizer, heavy traffic asphalt and additive etc. Through special binder to pasted the crack sealing tape on sub-grades or surface cracks, to formed a high strength waterproof layer on the cracks, so that the pavement sub-grade cracks can not reflect upward, the water on the surface layer can not penetration downward, to protect the surface layer and sub-grades stability, delayed the appearance of pavement reflection cracks.
Characteristics:
It could endure the burden of hot asphalt surface. It could endure the temperature below 200 ℃ for heat insulation layer without melting of the old sealant in the crack because of heating asphalt.
Good cohesive force, tensile strength, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, no brittle crack in low temperature, water resistance, humidity resistance, erosion resistance and attractive after used.
3. Simple to operate:
Don’t need heating but cleaning the cracks when using.
High effective construction and low comprehensive cost
It is made up from macromolecule materials. It is stable and safe.
Don’t need incision machine, generator and air-compressor etc. but only few auxiliary devices and tools when repairing road surfaces.
The product apply for both asphalt sub-grades and cement concrete pavement sub-grades, also apply to white to black, black to black, pavement sub-grade crack repair, bridge deck waterproofing and airport runway paving projects.
