The No. of cavity can be one or two or four, which is designed according to product’s size and customers’ requirement.

3. Steel
We provide different kinds of mould steels for customers’ choice, such as P20, 718, S136, NAK80, H13, S45C and etc.

Good steels are the basis of long life of moulds and high quality of products. All the steels we provide are made by famous Steel Manufacturers at china and abroad.

According to different parts of the car, we choose different materials, such as lamp mould, we use 718 for good polishing performance; we will provide our customers professional opinion as a reference;

4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.

The Hardness of core and cavity of Car part Mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; we put the hardness processing to HRC42 or so for high demand in polishing; all the insets and sliders are after quenching process;

5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor force .

6. Processing
