Working principle of Sand Stone Production Line

Stones will be first sent into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder to be roughly crushed, then the material will be sent to the sand making machine to be further crushed again, the grinded material will be sieved by the vibrating screen, the products that meet the requirement will be washed by the sand washing machine, and transport by the conveyor to be the final products. While the material that doesn’t meet the requirement will be returned to the sand making machine to be grinded again until it meets the requirement. The size of the final products can be organized and sieved according to customers’ requirements. If the sand is made with dry manufacture methods, then the thick& fine powder separator and dust collector are needed.
