injection molding equipment designed to process polyethylene and ethylene copolymer type resins.Surlyn PC-100 conforms to the United States Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Paragraph 177.1330 covering its use as a food contact surface subject to the extractives limitations on the finished food contact article as described in the regulation.

Surlyn PC-2000 & Surlyn PC-2200

Surlyn 9320 
advanced ethylene/acid/acrylate terpolymer, in which some of the MAA acid groups have been partially neutralized with zinc ions.

Surlyn 8940 (FDA)
advanced ethylene/methacrylic acid (E/MAA) copolymer, in which the MAA acid groups have been partially neutralized with sodium ions. The amount of MAA and neutralization levels for this grade are optimized to deliver excellent clarity and high stiffness compared with other grades of Surlyn®. The resin can be injection molded, and is processable by extrusion into sheets or shapes.

Surlyn 1901 (FDA)
good impact strength, outstanding toughness at low temperature and good optical properties. Provides low-temperature seal initiation, excellent hot tack strength, good formability, scratch-, so ent- and puncture resistance. It seals through contaminants, helps reduce leakers and increases line speeds.

Surlyn 1706 (Zn ionomer, blown film application)
Ethylene acid copolymer resin with its acid groups partially neutralized with sodium ions. Used as a seal layer in flexible packaging. Possesses very good hot tack strength, low sealing temperatures and wide sealing temperature range. Offers benefits such as formability, clarity and oil and graese resistance.
