Lexan FR-Polycarbonate (PC-FR)

Lexan FST9705 
Resin is specifically designed to meet the flammability and aesthetic requirements of aircraft interior applications. This unfilled resin is capable of meeting the OSU 55/55 flammability specification.

LEXAN BX72141 
modified Polycarbonate (PC) resin is an an enhanced performance & processability grade that can be injection molded. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant impact modified PC has a UL V0 & 5VA/B flame rating. LEXAN BX7241 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of thin wall applications including enclosures.

LEXAN 915R 
This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has a UL V0 rating with good flow and mold release properties.

LEXAN 923 

amorphous Polycarbonate resin. Is a low viscosity, UV stabilized flame retardant (UL94V-0). high mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal properties. Offers impact resistance, outstanding dimensional stability and good clarity.

non-filled, injection moldable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating and is available in various opaque color options.

Lexan 2034E
Medium viscosity, UV stabilized, flame retardant grade. Availiable in transparent, translucent and opaque colours. 
Lexan 920A
Low viscosity injection moldable, flame retardant, exceptional surface appearance. Clear, tints and opaque colors.
Lexan 920
Opaque colors, low viscosity, superior flame retardance. Decreased smoke and lowered toxic gas emissions. 

LEXAN 925AU,945AU
non-filled polycarbonate resin.highly stable mechanical, electrical, optical and thermal properties. Is a UV stabilized, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant grade with UL-94 V0 rating. Exhibits good impact and weathering resistance, outstanding dimensional stability and good clarity. Processed by injection molding and used for general-purpose applications.
Lexan 940
Opaque colors, medium viscosity, superior flame retardance. Decreased smoke and lowered toxic gas emission.

LEXAN 950 
amorphous polycarbonate (PC) grade. Is a high viscosity, flame retardant grade with outstanding dimensional stability, crystal clarity and high electrical properties. Designed for injection molding processing method. especially suitable for electrical applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA Flame Rating.

LEXAN FL900
a Br- & Cl-free flame retardant grade that can be foamed for weight reductions. UL-94 V1 listed at 3.9mm together with good stiffness, heat, creep and impact performance make it suitable for various applications.
