GZD series vibrating feeder can feed massive, granular materials evenly and continuously from the silos into receiving equipments, meanwhile, it also can pre-screen materials. This equipment is widely used in metallurgy, coal, beneficiation, building material, chemical industry, grinding, etc.

Vibrating Feeder Working Principle：
GZD series vibrating feeder is vibrated by a pair of the same motors. When the two motors do reverse operation at the same angular speed, the inertia force generated by eccentric block overlap or offset at a specific phase so as to generate powerful vibrating force. The springs support the tank to make forced vibration and drive the materials to do sliding and throwing motion, so that the material constantly move forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. Materials smaller than the gap of rods fall directly through the gap when they pass the bars of the discharge; materials larger than the gap of bars move forward and then fall into the next procedure, playing the role of pre-screening.

Vibrating Feeder Features:
1. Stable vibration, reliable operation, low energy consumption and low noise;
2. The fence distance can be adjusted, special design of fence can prevent material blocking. The vibrating motor's rotary speed is adjustable which could control feeding capacity easily and avoid motor being re-start frenquently.
