Product Description

The construction for Polyurethane timing belt is composed of the back, tensile layer and belt tooth these three parts.

A)Specification: XL, L, H, XH, T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20, 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M;

B)It could be reinforced by steel wire core or kevlar core at option;

C)All models teeth could be covered with green fabric and back covered with linatex. All items could be jointed endless.

D)Made of thermoplastic polyurethane materials with high wear resistance;

E)In the high-load transmission is still keeping good loading capacity;

F)Opening belt could be continuous length, the middle and the sides are with parallel wire core;

G)Aging resistance, water proof, working temperature -30º C to 80 º C, can endure maximu 110º C in short time, can be combined with other thermoplastic materials.

H)Hard to be hydrolyzed, anti- acid,  not aging, highly resistant to oil, anti-grease.
