Manifold tube heat collector, a green product specific designed for solar hot water
project, combines with pipeline system, control system and water tank to make up
manifold heat collecting system, that is solar hot water system.
The brackets use hot dipped galvanized steel, strong ability of anti-corrosion,
anti-tension and anti-pressure, and connects by bolts; patented “UTLE” vacuum
tube; insulation is once foamed at constant temperature and high pressure,
completely making good products for good use in winter.

Thickened insulation layer
once foamed at automatic constant temperature and high pressure, aged at high temperature, good insulation effect

Anti-corrosion inner tank
SUS304 stainless steel in the depth of 0.8mm; plasma argon welding, greatly increasing anti-corrosion.
 
Anti-corrosion bracket:
Hot dipped galvanized angle steel is connected by bolts. The bracket has strong ability of anti-corrosion,load-bearing, wind-resistance and long life.

Patented “UTLE” vacuum tube
Patented UTLE (ultra-low emission )vacuum tube, ultra-low emission ratio,cold-resistance, anti-freezing, solving the problem of high heat loss, supply hot water in rainy day or overnight;
patented interference film technology, big improvement of heat absorption,anti-high temperature, cold-resistance,complete meeting the hot water demand.

Anticorrosion
the tank shell uses galvanized steel plate with plastics-prayed surface,beautiful and durable; inner tank uses SUS304 stainless steel, good anticorrosion effect and long life.

Project system is automatically controlled by control cabinet. Users get hot water after turn on the switch.

Easy dismantlement
nylon tailstocks match the vacuum tubes one-to-one, easily dismantle.

Main Material and Technique
The material of inner tank is 0.8mm SUS304 stainless steel plate,plasma argon automatic welding, more stable.The material of water tank is 0.5mm Q215A galvanized plate with
plastic-sprayed surface, strong anticorrosion and durability.Insulation layer is foamed by PU under high pressure.The material of bracket is 4# hot dipped galvanized angle steel,
draw-bar is 3# hot dipped galvanized angle steel, strong stability and anticorrosion.
