Brief introduction

We call this type screen gyratory screen because it do a circle movement on a almost horizontal plane. We mainly use it for screening urea granulation and other fertilizer, but it also could handle other bulk and fine material such as grain, sand and salt.

We had supplied hundreds sets of type screen own plenty experience on this equipment.

1. Features of vibrating screen

Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a new kind of screen machine especially for urea, ferlizer, grain, cereal such as granular material. There are following advantages: Reasonable design, stable running, full-sealed construction, no dust pollution, pl ed hole proof, sticking proof etc. It is more obvious to carbamide screening with strong hygroscopicity, big viscosity, easy pl ed hole and sticking. Reduce validly base dynamic load for adopting rotary principle.

2. Application of vibrating screen

Gyratory Vibrating Screen is a new screening device which is developed mainly aiming at screening of bulky urea and fertilizer, also used widely for agriculture to screen grain and cereal.

2) Sieve mesh anti clogging clearing device is set up on each layer of mesh. The unpl ed hole of mesh prolongs running period. Sieve classifier constantly clears the sieve mesh under working condition.
