Ton barrels are also called IBC container barrels, tonnage barrels and kiloliter barrels
1. The steel rod fixed with special screws can easily and quickly replace the inner container.
2. The inner container of our factory is blow molded with HDPE (model: 4570uv) produced by Dalin company of Korea, which is UV resistant, anti-aging, easy to clean and non-toxic.
3. The outer frame is welded with hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (all steel of Angang 51D + Z and 53d + Z models), and the bottom tray is fixed by anti-skid screws (grade 8.8), which is firm, durable and corrosion-resistant. The 2mm thick bottom center beam is strongly supported to ensure the safety of ton barrels during transportation.
4. The product marking board outside the frame can mark the enterprise name, products and other instructions to be marked, so that customers can fully understand your company's information.
5. The bottom tray is cast from high-quality steel plate and is of four-way fork type. It has optimal stability and is convenient for loading, unloading and stacking.
6. The volume scale is cast on the inner tank, and the user can clearly see the full height of the liquid in the container by using the transparency of the container.
7. The upper filling port is equipped with blind cover or DN150 breather valve threaded cover, and the lower material port is equipped with DN50 ball valve and DN80 butterfly valve (the seal adopts imported rubber), which can discharge materials safely, quickly and thoroughly.
