The raw material system will affect the quality of glass product directly during production. How to select one set of high-precision, steady, reliable and easy-maintain automatic batching system is very important for the plant.
In consideration of the batching system of electronic weighing is related to the cost performance, reliability, maintainability of batching system and products’ quality, my company import advanced technology and design improved automatic batching control system of electronic weighing. Constitution is weight sensor, weight meter, PLC, computer, control circuit and execution unit of peripheral machine. The weight signal is transformed to electrical signal by weight sensor and transmitted to weight meter. The meter completed ADC and transmitted weight information to PLC, PLC controlled the peripheral equipment through logical judgement. The computer is interface tool between operator and control system interchanged and responsible for management of various of information. The mechanical equipment completed the operation.
It is proved that batching system of electronic weighing produced by my company plays a decisive role in plant batching system. It is one set of high-precision, steady, reliable and easy-maintain automatic batching system.
