The ISO flange is used for through- or foreline vacuum plumbing and for simple HV chamber ports. The ISO bored blank flanges are all suitable for welding to stainless steel tubes or bellows for the manufacture of special pumping lines or fittings.KYJY ISO flanges are the vacuum industry standard for ultra-high vacuum applications.
