ZJSJ Single Screw Extruder is mainly applicant for polyolein plastic, such as PE, PP, PC, ABS and PVC materi extrusion, screw diameter range from 20mm to 150mm , the slotting material feeding barrel and newly designed screw structure features in good performance of plasticization, high output capacity and low melting temperatur and wide application, equipped with suitable die head, mould and downstream equipment, the extruder can produce many plastic products, such as pipe, plate, bar, ilm at etc. It also can be usedat palletizing system.
The extruder has advanced design, high output capacity, good plasticization, and low energy consumption. It adopts hard surface gears for transmission, Such gearbox features low noise, table operation, large loading an long longevity. Electrical control system: Siemens PLC/PCC auto control system or RKC temperature control, and ABB Invert/ transducer, Siemens contactor, provide accurate whole control system.
