Another name of strainer is cleaner or strainer valve. It is the essential device for pipe system, filter out mechanical admixture, rust, grain of sand, solid grain, etc. protecting the parts from attrition and blocking, making the equipment work well. When the fluid flows into filter cartridge with standard filter screen, the strainer stops impurity, then clean filtrate flow out from other side,. User should take the knock-down filter cartridge out, reset it after washing, so convenient maintenance.
Y type strainer is an essential device for pipeline system. It is usually fixed on the inlet of reducing valve, relief valve and lever control valve to clear away the impurity in the media, ensuring normal use.
The strainer is of features such as advanced structure, easy exhaust. Applicable medium is water, oil and gas. The spec. of water network is 18-30mesh/cm2 , gas network is 40-100mesh/cm2and oil network is 100-480mesh/cm2.
KSY strainer consists of main pipe, blue filter, flange, flange cover and fasteners. when the media enter into blue filter through main pipe, solid impurity was stopped outside the blue filter and the pure media discharges from outlet.
