Process:  Insulating glass is made of two or more pieces of glass, separated by aluminium frame that is full of molecular sieves inside to form a space and adhered by high-strength sealant on its edges. Our company owns many insulating glass product lines and uses high-quality float glass and assistant insulating materials to ensure good performances and features of insulating glass.

Heat conductivity: Lower U-factor and more effective with inert gases.

Optical performance: Flexible to choose different light transmission and reflectivity.

Sound insulation: Generally, hollow glass can reduce 30dB of noise and 5dB more with inert gases.

Anti-condensation: 15°Clower than the dew point (-40°C) set by the country, which ensures no condensation on insulating glass.

Sealing performance: Quickly formed by using aluminum frame once. The use of double sealing-butyl rubber and structural adhesive or polysulfide rubber ensures good sealing performance and longer service life of hollow glass.
