Property: Black or brownish black powder, slightly liquid ammonia. Insoluble in water and ethanol, soluble in acid,
liquid ammonium chloride
Application: Electroplating active copper oxide is mainly used in circuit board plating. Industrial copper oxide is raw
material to make colorant and magnetic material for glass, ceramics, enamel, etc. To make fireworks, dyes, contact
agents, and other copper salt. It can also be used in artifical silk industry, and used as anti-creasing agent for oil
paints or used in electronic industry.
