FIT UP horizontal adjustment on both FUR WR 80 and FUR IR 80: Roller wheels center to center distance is adjusted by means of two motors with screw. Each motor has 4 kW and can move independently left-right or right-left. Horizontal adjustment make possible: I) Adjust rollers position for accept different work piece diameter; Ii) Move work piece on horizontal. When two wheels move right, work piece moves to the right. When two wheels move left, work piece moves to the left;

FIT UP vertical adjustment on both FUR WR 80 and FUR IR 80: When two rollers get closer by means of motor-screw, then the work piece is lifted. When two rollers goes farther, the work piece is lowered.

FIT UP FINE vertical adjustment only on FUR IR 80: Rollers have horizontal and vertical adjustment by means of two manual hydraulic jacks, one on each wheel. Horizontal adjustment left to right of 0 ± 35 mm. Vertical adjustment up and down of 0 + 75 mm.
