Main Features and Application:

This machine is installed with tungsten carbide pins in both the rotation shaft and cylinder. This combination enhances the impact and shearing on the materials, improve the dispersion and grinding effects. It achieves self-cooling effects through pins and the cylinder. This machine applies to grinding different ranges of viscosity materials and ultra fine products, especially dispersing and grinding materials with particle of the size between 10µm～20µm. It is widely used in the chemical industries which manufacturing paints, water-based paints, dyestuff, magnetism pigments, special paints, print inks, pigments, pesticide, car paints, paper making and medicine, etc.
