This product is produced and marketed by Jiangsu haian Petro chemical plant.
 The units producing and marketing this product are certified according to Q/320621HA024.

2. Specification

Applications:

1. Products of PEG series are applicable in medicines.
 Polyethylene glycols with lower relative molecular weight are used as solvent, solubilizer, o/w emulsifier
 and stabilizing agent in the production of flocculating agent, emulsion and injection.
 Furthermore, they are used as water soluble ointment and suppository bases. 
Waxy solid polyethylene glycols with higher relative molecular weight
 are usually used to increase the viscosity and solidity of those liquid PEG with low molecular weight. 
This product can use as the carrier of solid dispersant for the medicines which are hard to dissolve
 in water for the purpose of solid dispersion. 
PEG4000and PEG6000 is excellent coating material, hydrophilic polishing material, 
capsule wall material, membrane material, plasticizer, lubricant and dripping pill base
 which is used to produce troche, pill, capsule and microcapsules.

2. PEG series products are used as the raw material for eater type surfactants.

3. PEG-200 may serve as the medium for organic synthesis and
 heat carrier with relatively higher demand. 
In daily chemical industry, they are used as humectant, inorganic salt solubilizer,
 viscosity modifier; in textile industry, they are used as softening agent, antistatic agent;
 in papermaking and pesticide industry, they are used as wetting agent.

4. PEG-400, PEG-600, PEG-800 are used as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics bases,
 lubricant and wetting agent in rubber and textile industry. 
PEG-600 can enhance the grinding efficiency by adding it into electrolytic solution
 and enhance gloss on the surface of metal.

5. PEG-1000,PEG-1500 is used as ground substance, lubricant or softening agent 
in industries like pharmaceutical, textile, cosmetics;
 dispersing agent in coating industry to improve water dispersion and
 flexility of resin with the usage amount of 10~30%; 
 they are used to increase pigment dissolving capacity of printing inks and decrease its volatility
 which are especially applicable in wax paper and pigment inkpad,
 they are also used to adjust viscosity for inks in ball point pens;
 used as dispersing agent in rubber industry to accelerate sulfurization
 as well as the dispersing agent for the packing material of carbon black.

6. PEG-2000 and PEG-3000 is used as casting agent for metal working, lubricant and
 cutting solution for metal drawing, stamping and shaping,
 polishing agent for cooling and lubricating of grinding, solder and other agents;
 in papermaking industry, they are used as lubricant or hotmelt to accelerate rewetting capability.

7. in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, PEG-4000 and PEG-6000 
is used as ground substance which serves to regulate viscosity and melting point;
 used as coating agent to enhance the gloss and smoothness of paper in papermaking industry;
 used as additive to increase the lubrication and plasticity, reduce power consumption,
 and extend rubber’s useful time in rubber industry; used as lubricant and cooling agent in metal processing;
 used as emulsifier and dispersing agent in pesticide and paint industry;
 used as antistatic and lubricating agent in textile industry.

8. PEG8000 is used as ground substance to regulate viscosity and
 melting point in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry;
 used as lubricant and cooling agent in rubber and metal processing industry;
 used as emulsifier and dispersing agent in pesticide and pigment industry;
 used as antistatic and lubricating agent in textile industry.

Packaging and Storage
PEG200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500 use 200kg metal drum or 50kg plastic drum.
 PEG 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000, 8000 uses 20kg braided bag
 or 25kg kraft bag packaging.

Stored in draughty and dry places; transported as ordinary chemicals

Shelf life: two years.
