Sample Dyeing Machines

AGS sample dyeing machine is a basic equipment for mass production in package yarn dyeing process. It can accurately simulate the actual dyeing process and offer reliable techniques for actual mass production.

Structure features

Standard structure

CW-Series: Atmospheric Sample Dyeing Machine

Technical Features
Suitable for small sample dyeing test in lab.
Controller adopts reliable and durable imported parts.
Transmitting system is stable and noise-free.
Machine body made of mirror surface S.S. with a nice appearance.
Adopts professional computer with analog output, good temperature curve tracking. Rotation speed can be adjusted freely by speed regulator, which is convenient for auto control.
The actual production condition is accurately simulated, which efficiently improves consistency, accuracy and stability.

GW-Series: H.P. Sample Dyeing Machine

Suited to the lab test for dyeing small sample, the strong of rinse and the duration of dry washing. Liquor ranges from 50cc to 450cc or more. Water ratio ranges from 1:50 to 1:100.
Capacity ranges from 3g to 40g.

Machine body is made of mirror surface S.S. The control platform is designed in accordance of ergonomic for easy operation.
Machine is easy to turn on/off. Assistant kits are not needed; rotating a knob is enough for this operation.
Machine and cup are integrated and free of welding seam. There is no dyestuff leftover and test accuracy is thus guaranteed.
Auto control by computer, temperature curve is exactly tracked.

Structure feature：This machine can simulate the actual dyeing process of massive production so as to provide reliable dyeing technical data. The designing is user-friendly and convenient to install.

Standard Structure
All the parts that are in touch with dyeing liquor are made of excellent S.S316L.
The fabric-lifting system speed is governed by inverter.
S.S stainless steel centrifugal pump governed by inverter.
Pneumatic valve controls heating, cooling, water inlet, drainage and ringing.
Water level indicator
Main control panel equipped with advanced micro-processor.

Optional parts
Analog  feeding system.( air bubble level sensor and modulation dosing valve)
Proportional heating up/cooling system.
