The production process

Produced based on German technologies and formula, our wood –fiber –reinforced gypsum board is a new building panel, which takes the high – strength gessoes of certain fineness as adhesive, takes wood fiber as reinforcement and is produced by semi- dry process and felted by airflow feeding, shaped by the high pressure of a 3000 ton presser. It is the new building panel of wide uses, integrating the advantages of all kinds of paper-faced gypsum board and the wood panel which are popular in market at present, meanwhile overcoming their disadvantages and forming its own unique characters. The standard breadth of the wood fiber reinforced gypsum board is 3050×1220 mm, the standard thickness is 6 8 10 12 14 15 16. 26 28 30 32 35mm, 6 -8mm are for ceiling, 10-15mm are for partition system, and the 26-35mm are for the anti – static insulating floor..
