Who We Are Bill Cheng, who has been serving in measuring instrument industry for more than 30 years in grand China area, founded and ran Infinet Technology CO. in 2000 and later on made it a major agent of Agilent and contributed the biggest sales figures in grand China area. Knowing the strength and weakness of well-known brands’ products, he set up HENKI TECH in 2010 with a mission to design and produce high quality measuring instruments with reasonable price and be a reliable ODM/OEM partner for worldwide customers.

HENKI TECH is headquartered in Taiwan for talented R&D human resources; while the factory is established in Wuhan, the center part of China, so as to serve mainland China market in a quickest way. In 2011, HENKI TECH started producing high-end measuring instrument.
