Jiangsu Yongyi Cast Pipes Co., Ltd. built up in 1979,is a provincial joint venture, developed from Jiangsu Yangtze Power Station Auxiliary Equipment Manufacture Company. Now it has fixed assets RMB 300million yuan, with 2896 employees, 785 of whom are specialized technicians(151 entitled senior technical rank). The company now have five kinds of products: DN100-DN2600mm ductile iron pipes, fittings and accessories, the cast steel nodes and support for the big steel construction or stadium , the cast steel products for shipbuilding, wear-resistance alloy steel pipes and fittings for the power station or steel factory or mine factory, the thick-wall steel pipes, the other cast steel products. At present we can produce castings with unit weight 60 tons. The total annual output of large diameter ductile iron pipes(DN800-DN2600) is 100 thousand tons. The small diameter ductile iron pipes(DN100-DN700) is 200 thousand tons. Other is 50 thousand tons.

The product is approved by State Torch Project and awarded many honours, obtaining State New Product Certificate, Gold Medal of China Gold Medal Technologies and Products, Famous Brand Products of Jiangsu Province, etc. The company is entitled Jiangsu Star Enterprise and appraised the “AAA” credit enterprise, and has obtained ISO9001-2000 quality certificate.We have got the BV,GL,ABS,LR,CCS certificates for hull steel castings.
