Ningbo HEAD Trading Co. Ltd. was established in 2005. It is a company integrated both manufacturing and trading of automobile component parts located in East China. Currently, the company is focusing in the manufacture of its core product (and promoting) soft frame windshield wipers to the automobile industry, under the brand name of VIER.

Based on the traditional frame structure of windshield wipers, we have successfully made a revolutionary breakthrough under our dedicated Research and Development team comprising of foreign　expertise, local professors and P&D postgraduates from reputable institutions of higher learning, leading to the evolution of such innovative soft frame windshield wipers with advance technology and reliable quality! As such the product was well received and approved by the market upon its launching since April 2006! Since then, we have opened offices in Beijing, Xi’an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhejiang locally; and overseas office in America. Presently, we have established our domestic and international marketing network of distributors/agents respectively in Holland, Germany, Australia and Malaysia.　Areas of great potential to expand will be the Asia Pacific region; Middle East and our ultimate goal will be the global market at large.

Owing to our strict adherence in practising ISO standards in our management and production operations, our company had been accredited the certification of ISO 2000 in December, 2006.　We also attained the national accreditation QC T44-1997. (automobile windshield wiper technical requirements,　articles 4.2.4, 4.3 and　4.4.7) as endorsed by the National Automobile Product Quality and Inspection Centre (Shanghai)　in mid December, 2006 .

As per industrial practice , our company is in the process of strict compliance with the ISO/TS 16949 standards in our quality control system to pave the way to attain certification in the near future .
