The company was founded in May 1993 by Harry Yan (President) and Heyi Yan( vice president). Mr. Heyi Yan was the president of Quanzhou TV University, titled as "Outstanding Entrepreneurs".

The company is located in Quanzhou, a city titled as "Marine Silk Road". Honghai seaport is a real good place as a centre surrounded with administration, economy, investment and good transportation. It's near the new administration centre of Quanzhou government, to the east is Houzhu Bridge and Quanzhou Science & Technology Development Part, to the south is Jinjiang Bridge to the Jinjiang ( a place full of brands), to the west is the Quanzhou Business centre.
