Our factory has almost 20 years experiences in garments manufacturing with 110 workers. Since its establishment in 1991, Dixie has provided various types of garments to domestic and oversea customers as an OEM partner, those products include shirts, T-shirt, skirts, dress, tops, blouse, hoodies, casual pants, coats etc, for men, women and kids. Our monthly production capacity is more than 150,000 pieces various from fashion types (we can make 250,000 pieces knitting shirt per month).

OEM SERVICE We are a manufacturer of OEM (design and buyer label) production for world wide garments brands. For the Chinese famous fashion brands, we work with Yishion, Shu'nvfang, Septwolves, etc. In the oversea market, our main customers are from France, Italy, Spanish, Germany, Canada, USA, Austrial, Russa, Kroea, South Africa, Middle east etc., QUALITY CONTROL We believe quality is the life of our factory and our customers and we are turning this concept into our actions and results. We are using computerized cutting machines and sewing machines under strict management, such as "singer" computer eyelet machines, "zuki" computer bartackers, "zuki" computer button holing machines and "Jooke" computer oil-free direct drive lock-stitch sewing machines. AQL and zero defective scheme is adopted by Our QC system (Raw material checking Strict inspection throughout the whole production process Random test by specialized QC head Finished product examination Final checking before packing and delivery), and we can provide SGS test report to you in need.
