The main products of our company are high-performance Al2O3 ceramic substrates, high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC), multilayer packaging and the related metallized ceramic product. Which can be used in electronic communication and electronic power electronic devices such as HIC, focalized potentiometers, network resistance, oscillator, refrigerator, high density encapsulation, high effective radiator and metallized ceramic bonding substrate used in high power module. The products have many excellent features like high temperature resistance,high voltage resistance and high heat conductivity.
